Cold water gets rid of loose dirt. Hot water gets rid of grease, oil, fat and biofilm — the stuff cold water just pushes around. Our Kränzle Therm and e-Therm range runs water up to 155°C, which is what you need for washdown in food processing, agriculture, fleet depots and workshops where grease and fat are the actual problem.

If you're cleaning a kitchen extract, a meat processing floor, a milking parlour or a fleet of vehicles that come back covered in oil, hot water isn't a luxury — it's the only thing that actually cuts the job time down. Food and meat premises in particular have to provide hot water for tool and equipment disinfection at not less than 82°C under UK food hygiene regulations, and every machine in this collection hits that mark and holds it.
