    Warranty doubling in year one

    Kränzle extends its commercial machine warranty from 12 to 24 months if the machine is serviced near the end of its first year — we'll flag this if it applies to yours.

    £39 inspection fee, always credited

    If you go ahead with any work, the inspection fee comes straight off the bill.

    Genuine Kränzle parts, in stock

    We stock the seal kits, nozzles and pump parts for the Kränzle range, so most jobs don't need to wait on an order.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to book? +

No. Drop in for the While You Wait Express service, no appointment needed. The Full Workshop Service should be booked in advance.

Can I get a while-you-wait service on a hot water machine? +

Not currently. The While You Wait Express service covers cold water machines only. Hot water machines go through the Full Workshop Service.

What does the 12 month warranty cover? +

It covers our workmanship on the service itself. It's separate from the manufacturer's warranty on the machine.

What happens at the £39 inspection? +

We check the machine over and give you a written quote for any work needed. If you go ahead, the £39 comes off the final bill.
