Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
If you are a consumer purchasing online, by phone, or by email, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including used consumables or products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction to reflect any loss in value.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
Where you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund:
The product price, and
The standard outbound delivery cost (excluding any premium delivery upgrades such as next-day or timed delivery).
Return postage costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Within 30 days of delivery, you may reject the item for a full refund.
After 30 days, we will offer a repair or replacement where appropriate.
Faults reported within 6 months of delivery are presumed to have been present at the time of supply, unless proven otherwise.
In cases of faulty or incorrect goods, we will cover all reasonable return shipping costs.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for faulty or damaged items at no extra cost.
For change-of-mind returns, exchanges are subject to stock availability and return conditions.
