Installation & On-Site Servicing
Our workshop service is built for machines you can unplug and bring to us. A permanently plumbed-in Therm or e-Therm on a wall bracket isn't one of those — you can't put it in the back of a van. So we do the job on-site instead.
Static Installation
We install Kränzle Therm and e-Therm machines as fixed systems: wall-mounted, plumbed into hot and cold feeds, wired to a dedicated electrical supply, and commissioned so it's ready to use the same day.
What's included:
- Free site survey — we check water supply, drainage, electrical capacity and wall/floor mounting before you commit to anything
- Wall or floor mounting on a bracket rated for the machine
- Plumbing connection to hot/cold water supply
- Electrical connection by a qualified electrician
- Full commissioning and pressure test
- On-site operator training so your team knows how to run and maintain it
Price: from £295 + materials, confirmed after your free site survey. Materials (brackets, fittings, cable) vary by site and are quoted separately once we've seen the job.

On-Site Callout & Servicing
If your machine is fixed to a wall, it needs fixing where it stands. We come to you.

A maintenance contract means your machine gets serviced before it fails rather than after, and you're not paying the full callout rate if something does go wrong in between visits.
Every callout and service is carried out with genuine Kränzle parts and comes with the same 12-month warranty on workmanship as our workshop service.
